It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that the Bucks County Symphony Orchestra’s beloved principal clarinetist, Wendy Christensen, passed away on
Friday June 4.

Words cannot express how much we will miss Wendy’s generous spirit, her wonderful sense of humor, and her versatile, deep talent. It was through music that Wendy’s heart and soul flourished, and we are so grateful that she shared that love and delight with us. Anyone who had the privilege of meeting Wendy knows how greatly she was loved and admired by so many, and how vast and deep was her expertise in so many arenas other than music. Our heartfelt condolences go out to her husband David, their daughters Hilary and Erica, and her sister Carol.
